Northern Adirondack Trailbreakers Our Club maintains the following trails within Churubusco and Ellenburg (S88, S87, C8F, C8C & S71) a Our club was formed in 1994 and started with 15 members.

We bought our first groomer with the money these members donated. It was a small gas powered machine that moved at a step above snails pace that we were always working on out in the cold when it broke down. Since then we have grown to a club with more then 500 members and now have a brand new Tucker Sno-Cat Groomer(2018) with two awesome drags. We maintain about 100 miles in Northern Clinton & Fra

nklin County. Without volunteer help from our members who trim, brush-hog, sign and maintain the trails our club would not be what it is today. Thank you everyone for all the help.

It appears that significant snow loss occurred over the weekend, necessitating trail closures. Hopefully, March will bring more snowfall, enabling us to resume our riding season. On a positive note, donations for our auction are being received steadily, and our landowner appreciation meal is scheduled for less than a week away. We look forward to seeing you there and extend our gratitude to all who contribute to the success of our auction šŸ˜Š.

C8C from county line to Malone and S87(powerlines) from county line through Ellenburg to Altona has been groomed Thursday afternoon/night. S87 from Altona (military turnpike) to the Plank rd is very very rough, rocky and not much snow. Please use caution if youā€™re riding this way. The rest of our trails will be done Friday. Ride safe everyone.
