I’ve walked🚶🏼‍♀️almost 100 miles this month far surpassing the 31 mile walk challenge for Wreaths Across America!!! You still have time to get your sponsorship in to cover a veteran’s grave with a beautiful live wreath for the Christmas season 🇺🇸 our brave veterans deserve to be remembered every season not just in July!! I’ve already more than doubled my 31-mile walk challenge for the month!!!! I’m not going to stop putting the work in to make sure our veterans are remembered at Christmas time and all the time! I am thankful for my freedom to walk anywhere I want without bombs flying past my head, getting killed for my beliefs, or being r***d just because I’m a woman. And, I’m so very thankful that I can teach the next generation that we live in the greatest nation in the world because of the brave men and women who have fought for it!!!

Just checking in to let yall know I’ve been getting my steps in for the 31-mile challenge this month! If I had a sponsor for every day of the month, the veterans’ graves in our cemetery would be almost covered!!! Pick a number 1-31 to make a pledge for that amount 🇺🇸

Our 2026 theme draws inspiration from an unexpected source: a line from the film “Home Alone 2.” The quote, “Maybe they don't forget about you, but they forget to remember you,” underscores the importance of actively remembering the individuals who served, especially those whose stories risk being lost to time.
