Youth Empowerment Source Youth Empowerment Source (YES) is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing critical supports to children, youth and families in the Mid Atlantic region.

Our Goal is to reduce the toxic effects of:
-Drug Abuse
-Alcohol Abuse
-Child Abuse & Neglect
-Student Drop Out Rate
-Underemployment of youth
-Poverty related social issues and more! The Staff of YES has experience providing:

Our YES family is deeply saddened by the passing of our former team member and dear friend, April Zeauskas.

Whether serving our youth through PATHS, greeting everyone at the front desk on Mondays, or simply stepping in wherever she was needed, April brought kindness, warmth, and a friendly smile with her. She was always ready for a conversation, always willing to help, and became a true friend to so many of us.

April journeyed through her illness with remarkable courage and grace. She will be sincerely missed, and we send our love and wishes for peace and comfort to her family and all who loved her.

April, job well done. Rest peacefully, friend. You made a difference here. ❤️

Today, we celebrate Beth, Cyndi, and Kassy — three strong women who had the courage to take a leap of faith and build something they believed in. 💜💙💚

That bold decision became the beginning of something bigger than themselves. Through their strength, perseverance, and heart for others, they created a place that continues to open doors, create opportunities, and empower young people and families throughout our community.

Their independence created a path for so many others to find theirs. ✨
