This is day 1 of our Spring Session of Homework Club…also known as Homework Helpers and Study Buddies. We help elementary students with their homework or math and reading, free of charge. We also give free jokes, snacks, smiles, and games of Uno. We are a group of volunteers who love and serve our community.

We made several new friends when we visited Elkton Rehabilitation yesterday! The women and men were so grateful for the singing, the preaching, and the fellowship. There were many tears of joy and faith-filled prayers. Our team is the best too- the last two Sundays spent loving those in our community forgotten by most.

Happy Monday, friends!! Let’s count our blessings today and everyday.

People need clothes, water, warmth, and shelter. People also need intangible things for life such as faith, hope, and joy.

These are essentials, not luxuries:

🙏Faith- Faith in God, faith in oneself, and faith in your fellow man. Faith gives a person peace.

☀️Hope- Hope is believing for a better tomorrow. Hope gives a person courage.

🌸Joy- Joy is laughter, music, beauty, and friendship. Joy gives a person strength and motivation.

In Faith, Hope, and Joy Ministries, our goal is to reach those in our neighborhoods and communities that have barriers to faith. We bring faith, hope, and joy to people regardless of race, religion, background, lifestyles, or socioeconomic status.
