Burt Blosser Memorial Fund was established by his family to honor his legacy of community support of nonprofit organizations in the Town of Elkton and Rockingham County. The Fund was established with a memorial gift from Rockingham Insurance. Burt Blosser was remarkable, leaving a legacy that touched many lives. His family, friends, and beloved dogs held a special place in his life. Burt’s faith s

haped his actions and interactions, and his spirituality was evident in the kindness he showed to others. A true lover of the great outdoors, Burt found joy in exploring nature, traveling, casting a fishing line, golfing, hunting, and agriculture. For an impressive 37 years, Burt dedicated his time and efforts to representing Rockingham Insurance. Burt’s life was a testament to the values of love, faith, and dedication.

The Burt Blosser Memorial Foundation gave to the Elkton Elementary Care Closet. We extend special thanks to Rockingham Insurance for their huge donation to the memorial fund. It was a very successful day at the golf course, and I know Burt is watching from heaven and smiling down on us.

Burt donated tricycles to Riverbend Elkton Elementary; those children's faces speak volumes. Burt's lifetime of giving back is truly admirable. He was always so generous and kind to everyone. He sent me pictures of the tricycles. As you look down on me from heaven every day, I see signs every day that you're sending me from heaven, and I feel the love; your legacy will be kept alive, and you will never be forgotten. I love and miss you with all my heart.
