If you're a martial artist and you work out at the gym, I believe that focusing on ONLY exercises that will balance you out and training in martial arts will make you stronger, faster, and more flexible... Even more so in adults.
Most martial artists have anterior pelvic tilt... It reveals itself in a little "pooch" where our lower abs would be. Do you have a 4-pack and a pooch? Most of the time it could be solved by doing what Jeff does in this video.
