To kick off the year 2026, around 60 players arrived at the Huron Youth Center for engaging gameplay on Saturday, January 10. Together with Elkton Lions Parks & Rec, the McArdle and Finkbeiner families donated to high roller payouts. For raffle prizes, Parks & Rec and S & I contributed bingo bags full of goods. Peggy Hellwig called numbers, supported by volunteers who verified winning bingos. Meanwhile, Huron Youth Center staff and Laker Jr. High Honor Society students handled concessions, especially soups. The menu featured soup samplers with several flavors to enjoy.

Through these contributions, we appreciate all of our volunteers and the community for making Bingo in Elkton a worthwhile fundraiser and fun night. The money raised supports local family activities, from Trunk or Treat to Elkton Lions Kids Day. Please mark your calendars for Saturday, February 14 as our next round of bingo. We hope to see you again for more games and camaraderie!
