As we wrap up our Volunteer Appreciation Month series, we're highlighting Sherri (White) Bolen, alumna and long-time advisor of the Theta Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, alongside Brooke Wilson, former vice archon and current housing board member.

Sherri has been a steady presence for Theta Chapter for three decades, helping chapters navigate tough seasons, rewriting constitutions to better serve their members, and building a recruitment culture so warm that the chapter has taken quota plus every year since restarting in 2013.

For Volunteer Appreciation Month, we're spotlighting Dr. Clarissa Lonn, CKA of the Theta Mu Chapter at California State University and Britanya Rodriguez, a recent Theta Mu alumna.

Clarissa joined Phi Sig as a first-generation college student and never looked back, dedicating nearly two decades to advising because she wanted the sorority experience to be as transformative to others as it was for her. Britanya was initially unsure about joining a sorority and later became one of her chapter's most impactful leaders.
