Need a last-minute recommendation letter? Don’t panic — here’s how to ask like a pro (even if you’re cutting it close 😅):

🗣️ Step 1: Ask in person or over Zoom if possible — it’s way more respectful and personal than email.
📝 Step 2: Acknowledge the timing: “I know this is super last-minute, and I completely understand if you’re unable to do it.”
🧠 Step 3: Make it EASY — offer to write a draft they can tweak! This saves them time and helps keep the letter strong + relevant.
💥 Step 4: Be clear that you need a strong recommendation. Not just any letter — one that truly highlights your skills, potential, and impact.

📌 The key: Own the ask. Respect their time. Make it easy. And shoot your shot.
