Elko's Best Thrift and Clothing Boutique, provides other services to the Elko community; including job training for individuals with intellectual disabilities, confidential shredding services, rags for local businesses, a greenhouse, and more. Ruby Mountain Resource Center is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Manager to help lead our programs, thrift store operations, and staff team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about community service, team development, and nonprofit operations.
