Big Orv Wilson! That's who the original Johnny Appleseed Park and playground in the main city park was named after in 1993. Jody Copenhaver was the one that got it done. For those of us that remember Orv, he was as a Rotarian, tennis player, attorney, and "Big of heart". Joe Carr from the Elko Parks Department presented the latest plan for the renovation of the park that was lastly renovated in 2007.
