Well, well, well… what did we tell you? 😉🤣

**SOLD OUT!**

Elko, YOU DID IT AGAIN! We told you the Veterans Ball would sell out, and once again, you proved us right!

Every single year, we think we can't possibly be more amazed by this community… and every single year, you find a way to prove us wrong.

352 seats. GONE.

To everyone who purchased tickets, sponsored tables, or helped spread the word, THANK YOU! Your support of our veterans and our mission continues to blow us away.

Now, let's get ready for one heck of a night on November 14th! 🥂🇺🇸

And to those who waited… there's always next year. We warned ya! 😉

EVC friends — let’s help fill their Mail Call! 🇺🇸 A card, a letter, or even a quick note can mean so much to a veteran. ❤️

Every year, we are incredibly grateful for the excitement surrounding the Veterans Ball. And every year, when tickets sell out, we hear, “But I’m a veteran.”

And we hear you. Truly.

Did you know that more than 2,700 veterans call Elko County home? We would LOVE to have a seat for every single one of them — but the reality is, we can only seat 352 people at the Veterans Ball.

That 352 includes veterans, guests, sponsors, volunteers and community supporters. There simply isn’t a facility in our area large enough to accommodate everyone who would like to attend.

So please, DON’T WAIT TO GET YOUR TICKETS.

We sell out every year, and once those 352 seats are gone, they’re gone. We will not sell tickets at the door.

The same goes for sponsorships! We still have room for additional sponsors, but once we sell out, we will not have extra tables available for last-minute sponsors. If your business or organization is considering joining us, now is the time!

The Veterans Ball is one night — and one of our biggest fundraisers — but our mission has never been limited to the people who can fit inside one ballroom. EVC serves our veteran community throughout the entire year.

So when we sell out, please remember:

A sold-out Veterans Ball doesn’t mean there isn’t room for you in EVC. It simply means there aren’t enough seats in the room.

Until someone builds us a ballroom with 2,700+ seats 😉, we’ll keep doing everything we can with the space we have.

If you want to be one of those 352 this year, please don’t wait.

Voting is coming to an end and we sure would appreciate your vote!

We’re pretty excited about this one! ❤️🤍💙

Elko Veteran Corps has been nominated in TWO categories in the Elko Daily Free Press Readers’ Choice Awards:

⭐ Best Local Nonprofit / Charitable Cause / Event
⭐ Best Place to Volunteer

Both nominations mean a lot to us. EVC is powered by an incredible group of volunteers and a community that continues to show up for our local veterans — whether we’re putting together events, creating opportunities for veterans to connect, or lending a hand right here in Elko County.

If you’ve attended an EVC event, volunteered alongside us, supported one of our programs, or simply believe in what we’re doing, we’d love your vote!
