With the summer intake approaching, the GIGAH team encourages our followers and members to begin researching institutions that align with their goals. To support your journey, we are offering mentorship to help you craft compelling Statements of Purpose, Personal Statements, and Research Proposals.

Note:
GIGAH is a mentorship-focused organization. While we do not provide scholarships directly, we are committed to providing the guidance you need to secure your own academic success.

Yesterday, GIGAH hosted its annual signature program, the "Back to School" initiative, in collaboration with Choice Christian Academy School, Lower Careysbury, Wheda Town, Montserrado.

We were delighted to mark this occasion with a group of 35 participants, each of whom received a generous package, including a dozen copybooks, pencils, pens, sharpeners, and erasers. Witnessing the joy on the faces of these children was truly heartwarming.

A special thank you to our dedicated Mentors for their invaluable support in executing this program.

We welcome opportunities for partnerships to continue making a positive impact in the community.

Give The Girl A Hand International, through the Binette Foundation, is thrilled to announce the launch of its 2024/2025 annual project. This year, our project is establishing a mining engineering computer lab at the University of Liberia. This initiative is a direct response to the pressing challenge of providing students with the hands-on training necessary to advance their careers in the mining industry. We firmly believe that establishing an Engineering Computer Lab will help bridge the technical skill gap. The main objective is to educate mining engineers and geologists on the effective use of the industry's latest mining and geological software. The ultimate goal is to establish a modern and fully functional mining computer lab equipped with up-to-date software to facilitate a comprehensive technical and practical understanding of the coursework and prepare students for the industry.

Your assistance and contributions are crucial to achieving the goals of this project. We greatly appreciate your support and hope you will help shape the future of mining engineers in a developing nation like Liberia. Your involvement will provide these students with the necessary tools and open up new opportunities for them in the industry, significantly impacting their future.
