Good Morning friends! We are in the final push to get our adopted family taken care of! The kids range from 1 to 10. They live off grid so the needs are a bit different this year. If you would like to help us give them the best Christmas ever we would be forever grateful for your partnership! We need things like canned foods for Christmas day and just everyday usage. Hello friends! We are so excited for this Holiday Season! We have 20 Silver Stocking Tree people to be adopted for Christmas! 10 Youth and 10 Seniors. And even more exciting we have a family in place to give our hand up! Mom, Dad and 5 kids!!!! Isn't that amazing!?! We can't wait to shower them with the most amazing Christmas, with your help! We need donations to assist with the Christmas Day celebration! Everything from food for the whole day, to the stockings, to the presents! It is that time of year where we start gathering funds to help a family in our community that will need a hand up for the holiday season. We sponsor a family in the community each year and provide their meals for Christmas day and presents for everyone in the family. We have a fairly large family this year so we are needing all the help we can get to make this year's Christmas the best yet. You can drop your donation off at the Accelerated Medical office, 1810 Pinion Rd in Elko. If you have any questions please call the office at 775-753-7387.

You guys are amazing! We got all 20 of the stockings on our tree adopted out....BUT we have another 5 that we need help with. Another organization let us know that they had some kids that needed help!

We want to help as many kids as we can this holiday season! Thank you guys for helping us help the kids in our community that are having a rough holiday season.

Good morning Elko County! You guys have been amazing and in 4 days total we have adopted out 15 kids and seniors to make sure they have a great Christmas!

We need your help to finish out strong! We only have 5 left on our tree to be adopted! Be the reason these last 5 have an amazing Christmas!

It's that time of year friends when we start amping up to assist community members that need a hand up during the holiday season.

We will have our silver stockings available again this year, 10 seniors (elderly) and 10 kids.

We also have a family that we will be sponsoring and would love monetary donations to go towards making their Christmas one to remember. We will be providing everything for their Christmas dinner and presents under the tree.

You can stop by the office to pick up the stocking of your choice or to donate to the family fund.

We thank you in advance for always helping us bring the Christmas magic to those in need.

We live in such an amazing giving community! When we have neighbors that are in need, Elko is the best at coming around them and assisting how ever they can. Welcome to December! You know what that means! We spend the entire month giving back to families, seniors and children that need some Christmas cheer! We have some Silver Stockings available on our tree for you to ADOPT a child in the community for Christmas. These are kids that could potentially not have any presents under the tree without our help! We only have 12 of these available.

We will have a couple seniors, that we know don't have any family around, who we know would treasure the idea that we thought of them!

We will be looking for a family (or multiple families) in need as well. As those of you know who have followed In Their Shoes, we look for a family that is in need and we gather donations to either get them presents and/or Christmas dinner for the whole family. If we receive enough money we give one or more deserving families a Gift Card to assist them with bills they may have, home needs, food....anything really.

Our number one goal this time of year is to assist as many in need that we can. It is a great opportunity for you to come together and partner with us to make Christmas wishes come true.

If you know of a family who is in need please send a PM, call the office (775-753-7387), or email us at [email protected] with the story of the family. If that family is chosen we will contact you and get the specifics on that family. The sooner we get the nominations the sooner we will know what we are working towards. Please no names of families on the page.
