Hilltop Arts Society Bringing together local talent in the Arts for the betterment of our community Elkmont has a rich history.

From its history as the county seat, the site of a Civil War battle, and the home of the Elkmont Red Devils, we embrace every part of it. Hilltop was formed as a chance to revitalize this community through artistic efforts. It is the goal to educate the community as to what art is and what it can be.
