These lovelies are headed to Davis & Elkins College to join 30 more decorated by D&E students to beautify the campus. The Elkins Depot Welcome Center needs the community's help getting the Christmas lights put up around the Depot before Santa makes his appearance for the Chamber's "Jingle All the Way" parade and the official Christmas Tree lighting on December 2nd.
