Does anybody know these two Veterans that showed up on a Saturday morning to install the shelter around our community fridge?😂😂😂Thank you to Anthony Melle for creating and building (and for showing everyone the scale) and John Pilat for making sure all is well The Sunflower Farm at Pennypack -including making sure Tony got his time in with the deer! Special shout out to Philadelphia Corporation for Aging and Trulieve Pennsylvania without those two organizations the refrigerator and its shelter wouldn’t exist! Now to continue adding veggies and herbs growing at the farm. Free for all.

Amazing morning Veterans Multi-Service Center (VMC) talking about planting, seeds and stress reduction. Great meeting everyone and see you in class. That last picture, well that was an unexpected surprise to meet Kyle Schwarber what a really great guy. Thank you for all you do for veterans and first responders!

Mark your calendars and join us for some fabulous wine Mural City Cellars™️ Wednesday August 26th from 5pm -7pm. A portion of the proceeds will support our horticultural therapy programming for veterans and caregivers! Highlighting the east coast wine movement, MCC uses grapes from small growers within 300 miles of Philly! Come sip, say hello and take home a bottle! And don’t worry we’ll remind you again!
