Open 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
10:30am Doors open for registration and food distribution
10:30am-1:30pm Food distribution
*Clients may use this food pantry once a month
*Please have photo ID or proof of address with you each time
*Entrance to the food pantry is located on the west side of the church, look for sign on stair rail.
*Provide for Elkhart and surrounding counties
*If picking

up for a proxy a signed note is needed each time
*For client privacy absolutely no photo or videos allowed
*If Elkhart and/or Concord community schools are closed due to weather we are also
