⚾🥎 It’s almost time for Opening Day! 🥎⚾

Join us for SYAA Opening Day on Saturday, March 28, 2026, as we kick off the season with a day full of fun, community, and baseball & softball!

🎉 Parade kicks things off at 9 AM
🛍️ Auction from 9:30–10:30 AM (don’t miss out!)
🍔 Concessions, games, and a full day of action to follow

Bring your family, support our kids, and help us start the season strong!

💙 See you at the fields!

🎟️📣 The SYAA 50/50 Raffle is in full swing and tickets are ON SALE NOW! The winner takes HALF the pot, and the drawing will be held June 6th during the 15U Girls District Tournament!

🎫 Tickets are available from:

✔️ And at the concession stand

🎉 SYAA OPENING DAY PARADE — MARCH 28TH! 🎉
SYAA is kicking off Opening Day with a parade, and we want everyone to come out and celebrate with us!

🥎⚾ Join us Saturday, March 28th to launch the 2026 season. Bring your lawn chairs, your cameras, and your Slocum spirit — let’s line the route and cheer on our athletes.

🕗 Schedule Highlights:
• 9:00 AM – Parade Begins
• 9:30–10:30 AM – Auction (come bid and support the league!)
• 10:00 AM – Gates Open
• 10:30 AM – Concessions Open
• 11:00 AM – First Game

💙 The auction is a huge part of supporting SYAA. Your participation truly makes a difference.

Parents and coaches, please note that our upcoming SYAA meetings have been rescheduled.
We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend, so please update your calendars with the new meeting date and time:
⏩️Coaches Meeting
🗓 New Date: Monday, February 16
⏰ New Time: 6 PM

⏩️Parent Meeting
🗓 New Date: Tuesday, February 17
⏰ New Time: 6 PM

These meetings help us confirm uniform sizes, review expectations, and prepare for a smooth start to the season.
