We had a beautiful opportunity to surprised Connie Fulmer with a special dedication of renaming our intern housing to “Fulmer House.”
In 2011, our Executive Director at the time, Darrell Peterson, saw some homes go for sale across from our original Lifeline building. He sought after some advice from Craig Fulmer, asking if he thought it would be a good idea to purchase the homes as a means to provide our interns with a home while they worked with us during the summers.
Craig loved the idea so much that he offered to donate the money to purchase them.
Because of his and Connie’s generosity, we have been able to provide housing to hundreds of interns for more than 10 years.
Even though Craig is with Jesus in Heaven, we hope that the Lord has shown him just how much of an impact he has had on our organization, our community, the interns that have lived here, and most importantly, how he was able to equip our team members to go out and share the love of Jesus.
We are so grateful to Connie’s family who helped us pull off the surprise by unbeknownst to her, bringing her to the Fulmer House, to be dedicated in her and Craig’s honor.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
