Join the City of Elkhart as we celebrate the groundbreaking of the Ullery Park Revitalization Project on Monday, June 1st at 11 a.m. at Ullery Park (600 W. Cleveland Ave.)!🎉

As part of Mayor Rod Roberson’s ASPIRE Initiative, this transformational project will bring new amenities to the park, including a splash pad, an open-air shelter, walking paths, a restroom facility, and a toddler play area, along with landscaping and other cosmetic upgrades throughout the park.

This project represents a major investment in the neighborhood and honors the rich history of Ullery Park site as a longtime community gathering place.

We invite the community to come celebrate this exciting new chapter for Ullery Park!

The Lamppost Lighting Program helps homeowners improve lighting in their neighborhoods with easy-to-install, solar-powered lampposts for residential front yards.

For 2026, the City has selected four target areas based on income, number of vacant lot and lighting needs. Cost is:

Target area homeowners: $50
Non-target area homeowners: $250

Application deadline is Friday, June 5
