Habit Hounds Habit Hounds is on a mission to unleash the inner warrior in every individual, empowering them to forge an unbreakable routine of healthy habits!

The most impactful things we can do to improve our lives, is to incorporate daily, positive habits. Our team started with an accountability challenge of 100 pushups per day and since has totaled thousands of pushups we would not have been able to complete otherwise. Group support and pushing each other has proven to get us much further than we would on our own. We look to expand this impact to dai

ly check ins with reading challenges, journalling, and more to come. Join our page and help us grow a community focused on self-improvement and teamwork that will inevitably change many lives for the better. Habit Hounds is back with a new monthly challenge—and this one is simple, flexible, and effective.

For the entire month of May, we’re committing to **either 4 minutes of mountain climbers OR at least a 1-mile walk/run every single day**. That’s it. Just a few minutes (or a mile) to build strength, boost endurance, and prove to yourself that consistency beats perfection every time.

We’re also asking each member to choose one personal goal for the month. It can be anything that matters to you—nutrition, hydration, sleep, strength, mindset
whatever you’ve been wanting to work on.
The key? Make it realistic and meaningful. Then share it with the group so we can help keep you accountable, encourage you, and celebrate your progress along the way.

Some days it’ll feel easy. Some days it won’t. But that’s kind of the point—we show up anyway. And the best part? You’re not doing it alone. We check in daily, cheer each other on, and keep the momentum going together.

What would happen if you did 100 pushups every day for a month? That’s what Habit Hounds are finding out in April.

Simple. No fluff. Just consistency.

100 pushups a day, broken up however you need:
‱ 4 sets of 25
‱ 10 sets of 10
‱ All at once if you’re built different

No excuses. No overthinking. Just show up daily and get it done.

You’ll gain, Strength, Discipline, and Momentum

Most people underestimate what 30 days of consistency can do. We don’t!

February has been a bit of a tough month for some. A short month can be deceiving! We started with 21 Hounds and are ending with 13! Nice job for everyone pushing through!
Moving on to March, we will be doing Rows!!! Getting those backs nice and strong.
If you aren't familiar with rows, get familiar. There are A LOT of variations. Quite a few of them require equipment, but there are variations that can be done without weight as well.

100 Rows or 1 mile run/walk. Three missed/rest days allowed. Go over and you are out. Check in daily with the 💯 or let us know it is a rest day. The usual 😀

🎉 It is almost time for a new month for Habit Hounds! January proved to be a challenging one. We started with 24 members, and we have 15 members looking to finish.
In February we are doing Glute Bridges! And we are keeping the option to do at least 1 mile.
đŸŠŸEach day you do 100 glute bridges or at least 1 mile run/walk. You are able to take 3 rest days in the month. If you go over 3 days, you are out and can try again the next month!

Ready for a New Year reset? The Habit Hounds are doing dips!

December holidays tend to get people off track. Habits are more difficult to maintain. We saw a decent amount of that with our December challenge group. But what we also saw was a consistency to keep coming back and working through all the obstacles. We had about a dozen people finish December with 3 rest days or less. We are so proud of everyone putting in the effort! đŸŠŸđŸŠŸ

We were a bit late to post, but huge congratulations to the 16 Habit Hounds who completed the November 100 Squats / 1-Mile Challenge đŸșđŸ’Ș

This one wasn’t flashy. It was daily.
Cold mornings. Busy days. Sore legs. Colds. Injuries
And you still showed up.
