REBUILT is here! Is your team ready?

Like an archaeological dig, 2026 Kickoff unearthed a lot of opportunities for teams to explore. Be sure to thoroughly read the Game Manual and to keep an eye out for updates. The Game Manual also contains information about the District System and Championship advancement, so read the whole manual!

Speaking of Districts, Northern California is still looking for volunteers! If you'd like to volunteer, sign up for one or more events on the FIRST website!

Did you inventory your Kickoff Kit yet? Whether or not you opted for the Black Tote or Drive Base Kits, you've received all sorts of useful parts for the season - from useful vouchers to bumper fabric samples and, of course, the FUEL for this year's game. Be sure to take full advantage of your Kickoff Kit!

There's digital resources too, so check the FIRST website for updates and resources!!!

In case you missed it - yesterday, FIRST HQ announced that in 2026, California will adopt the District Model of play!! 🤝 FIRST has published a document in their blog with more info (you should read it!!!), and Q and As will be held in the future to discuss changes, but for now here's a quick primer about the changes that come in 2026. 💡💡

Happy National Mentoring Month!!! To all the mentors who support our students in becoming the leaders of tomorrow, thank you!!!! No team would function without your support.

If your team would like to recognize a mentor for their extraordinary efforts, the Woodie Flowers Finalist Award application is open for all teams until February 6.

And if you're an alum who would like to become a mentor, be sure to reach out to your local FIRST community! One way to do this is by volunteering at your local FRC regional! Check the link in our bio to search for events.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for the awesome folks at Capital City Classic! For the last two years, Capital City Classic has organized a blood drive at the event, saving lives while celebrating robotics. Awesome to see off-season events give back to their community!!!
