Friendly reminder-AFSCME dues paying members will be voting, Wednesday, October 15, 2025, on the tentative agreement for our contract with the district. We will have two ballot boxes available with AFSCME L258 negotiations team members and leadership. Tentative agreements have been sent in previous emails. Copies will be available at voting locations along with AFSCME Leadership to answer questions.

Hello everyone,
Dues paying members will be eligible to vote on Wednesday October 15th. We are still finalizing times and locations.

Please note there are 4 different salary schedules.
The 2024-2025 salary schedule is for the negotiated 2% that will be retroactive to July 1, 2024.

For 2025/2026 Salary schedules please look at the bottom left corner to see which salary schedule is being used.
The first one for 2025-26 which is the current 1% on going, that will be retro to July 1, 2025. Referenced as 2025-26 1%

As you read through the body of the Tentative Agreement (TA) there is contingency language where an additional 1% could be added to the 2025/26 salary schedule which won't be known until December as referenced by 2025-26 2%

There is another section for contingency language for another 1% which won't be known until May 2026.This is referenced by 2025-26- 3%

The first 1% is guaranteed. The second and third 1%'s are based on the contingencies listed for each.

This is a lot of information to read through, so AFSCME Local 258 will be holding in-person and zoom sessions to explain the tentative agreement and have the members be able to ask questions.
