FINAL GIVEAWAY OF 2025: Stop by the Community Access Center warehouse to pick up breads, produce and other food items between the hours of 10 a.m. and noon Wednesday, Dec. 31. Open to all - please enter through the warehouse door. We're located at 307 1/2 W. Pecan St.

REMINDER: The CAC food pantry is currently closed for the holidays. We'll reopen at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2026. Food pantry hours are from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. weekdays. CAC provides monthly food assistance to residents of Independence, Sycamore and Elk City.

Bingo Tonight at 7pm at the Elk City Community Building.

Bingo rules are a little different than normal places (from what we are told). We sell bingo cards PER round for $0.25 each. The winner for that round wins 1/2 the money collected for the round. Black-out which is the last game of the night is $1.00 a card with the same rules.

Food and Drinks for tonight:
Jane’s chili -YUM!
Hot dogs -plain or with chili & cheese
Drinks -Pepsi products, water, coffee and hot chocolate
Desserts - Brownies for sure and there will be more.

All are welcome! Bring a friend and come have some fun tonight that won’t break the bank.
