Our 4th annual CF Slam basketball tournament fundraiser is almost here! Each of the past 3 years, God has blessed us with a bigger and bigger turnout, resulting in more and more funds being raised and awareness being shared. We can’t express enough, the gratitude we have for those of you who have been a part of this event, whether volunteering, playing, officiating, spectating, or just hanging out…you are what makes this event special. Come help us do it again this year, as we continue moving towards finding a cure.
