Members of the NAACP Hardin County Branch are joining Mayor J.J. Duvall, members of the Hardin County Divine 9 fraternities and sororities, and other local community leaders to welcome students back to school at North Middle School.

As the saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child". We are that Village. We look forward to supporting our students as they begin the new school year. 🙏🏾💯❤️🚍📚🧑🏾‍🎓👩‍🎓

The NAACP Hardin County Branch was honored to present a check to Radcliff Parks and Recreation to assist with their "Storybook Trail," an exciting educational initiative at Saunders Springs Nature Preserve. The project combines the joy of reading with the beauty of the outdoors by displaying the pages of a children's story along a walking trail. As families stroll through the preserve, children can read the story page by page, encouraging literacy, physical activity, and an appreciation for the environment.

The presentation was made by Branch President Kevin Russell and First Vice President Aundra Lett Jackson. A similar donation was also given to the Vine Grove Color Run to support the "Get Your Money Right" foundation.
