🏠❤️ WELCOME HOME, LANE FAMILY! ❤️🏠

Today, we celebrated something truly special—the ribbon - cutting and Welcome Home Ceremony for Habitat for Humanity House #83! 🎉🔑

The Lane family has worked hard to make this dream of homeownership a reality. They completed 9 budget classes and contributed an incredible 250 hours of sweat equity toward their new home.

And they didn’t do it alone! 🙌🏽

Some of those hours were completed by the Lane husband-and-wife team, along with the support of family members, their local church, and community organizations who came alongside them throughout this journey.

One of the most beautiful moments we witnessed was seeing the Lane family present a plaque of gratitude to Executive Director Scott Turner and Howard Gaitlin in appreciation for the role they played in helping make their homeownership journey possible. ❤️

We were also grateful to have Donna Pence, Board Director, in attendance to help celebrate this incredible milestone.

A special THANK YOU to those who helped make this Welcome Home celebration even more meaningful:

At Hardin County Habitat for Humanity, we believe a home is more than four walls and a roof. It’s a foundation for stability, opportunity, and a brighter future.
