Pitties.Love.Peace is an all-volunteer 501c(3), foster-based organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of pit bull and bully breed mix dogs and puppies. It is our mission to save those neglected, suffering, or simply unwanted and place them into loving, forever homes. Many dogs come to us with serious medical needs; others simply needing love for the first time in their lives. We als

o serve as advocates for the dogs we love so much. Our volunteers work tirelessly to educate the public on the truths and myths of pit bull type dogs and the importance of responsible dog ownership. As a non-profit organization, we rely solely on the generosity of supporters to provide our dogs with everything they need on their journey to happily ever after. This includes routine veterinary care, such as spay and neuter surgeries, as well as life-saving emergency medical care, treatment by specialists, and complex surgeries. Through your generosity, we can save countless dogs every year and help those who need us most.

- Has no concept of personal space 🙅🏻‍♂️
- Snuggling his humans is his favorite
- Loves playing with toys
- Food-motivated and takes treats nicely
- Enjoys going for short walks, but isn’t built for sp*ed or stamina
- Would be happiest as the one and only furry companion in your home so he can soak up all the love and attention 🥰
- Has alopecia and is largely hairless, so his skin (potential for sunburn, scratches easily) may require extra precautions due to lacking the protective layer of fur
- Requires daily eye drops for chronic dry eye and this should continue to keep him comfortable
- Crate-trained and housebroken
- Looking for a loving family with extra room on the couch and extra room in their hearts for all the love packed in this little guy

- Due to his small size and tendency to follow closely, his ideal home would be one without smaller children to prevent accidental injury
- Crate-trained and p*e pad trained, working towards housebreaking
- Cats: unknown, but could be formally tested for an approved applicant

Meet Ranger! 🏕️

Recently, one of our local shelter partners reached out to see if we would have room for a 3 month old pup that could use a way out of the shelter. Our cute new addition is getting settled in with his foster family and noted to be super sweet. The shelter got him up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered, so as soon as we get to know him a little, he’ll be ready to find his forever home. Until then, enjoy the silly faces this boy makes! 🤪

The many faces of Adoptable Rocco 😍

Our handsome man is still searching for his forever family. At 6 years old, he is silly and playful, but happiest to be wherever his people are. He’ll keep a smile on your face with his full body wiggles or his adorable sploot. Rocco enjoys other dogs and people of all ages. He is loving and affectionate and will happily accept all the neck-scratches you’re willing to give. This big hunk is crate-trained, housebroken, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He would much prefer belly rubs and binge-watching over athletics, but would happily be your hype man on the sideline. He would do best in a kitty-free house, but we don’t think that’s too much to ask. Are you ready for Rocco? 🥰
