Hardin County,

We want to let everyone in our county know that we are here to support any individual who is struggling with, or is affected by substance use disorder (SUD). We are a multidisciplinary team made up of those with lived experience, first responders, and harm reduction specialists that genuinely want to help lower our county's overdose rate, reduce the stigma's surrounding SUD, and ultimately save lives.

If you struggle with SUD and would like to get help, please reach out to us. We would love to assist you in your journey of recovery.

If you know someone who recently survived an overdose and you want our team to visit them, please reach out.

If you think that you may have in your possession any of the fake tablets that have hit our community, we are safe place to turn them over without fear of punishment.

Kentucky households that lost food purchased with their SNAP benefits due to recent storms have 10 days to request replacement benefits.

Recipients who lost food bought with SNAP due to a power outage of at least 4 hours caused by heavy rain, hail and strong winds can call the Department for Community Based Services at 855-306-8959 to request replacement benefits.

Please have your case number ready.

We've set the next date and location! We are happy to announce that our next Blessing Bag distribution will be on Saturday, June 15th, at the Oak Hill Baptist Church in Sonora. Distribution will begin at 10am and will last until we run out! Please reach out if you have any questions.
