The Community Health Clinic provides basic health care, dental care, prescription assistance, advocacy and education to the uninsured and underinsured residents of Hardin, LaRue, Meade Breckinridge & Grayson County's in order to enhance access to healthcare in these five counties of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
