A new month. A new season just around the corner. New opportunities to grow, heal, and keep moving forward.

As we step into June, we’re curious…

✨ What is one thing you’re looking forward to this month?
✨ What is one goal you’re working on in your recovery or personal life?
✨ What is one thing you’re grateful for today?

Drop your answers in the comments! 💜

Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, spending time with family, working on yourself, or simply making it through a tough season, we’re cheering you on. 💪🏻

Outreach in Action

This week, one of our longtime Sobriety Sisters members Teri Williams, spent time giving back at Lotus Sober Living in Manitowoc Wisconsin.

Teri Williams journey is a powerful reminder that recovery is possible. Once struggling herself, she now stands as an example of hope, strength, and perseverance for women who are just beginning their own recovery journeys.

During the visit, the women shared pizza, laughter, encouragement, and conversations about their futures. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we were also able to provide journals, pens, and diamond art kits—small gifts that can offer comfort, creativity, and a positive outlet during recovery.

Most importantly, Teri connected the women with our Sobriety Sisters support community so they can continue receiving encouragement long after the visit. Through our online support group, recovery meetings, and sisterhood, they now have access to a network of women who understand and care.

Moments like these are only possible because of your donations, support, and belief in our mission. Every contribution helps us reach more women, share more hope, and remind those struggling that they do not have to walk this journey alone.

Thank you for helping us turn recovery into community, connection, and lasting support. 💜

These are our Big Sisters! They are the women behind the scenes. Their love and dedication for helping others is why we keep going. Sobriety Sisters is so blessed to have them. Thank you for all you do Sisters

✨Testimonial Tuesday✨

What is testimonial Tuesday you may wonder? It's a time that we share a real story from a real woman who's found strength, courage, and support through Sobriety Sisters.

Every Tuesday, we will share these powerful voices to remind us all that healing happens in a community. "I can't, but WE can".

If Sobriety Sisters has touched your life, we'd love to hear your testimony too. Please direct message us on here or email us at [email protected] to be featured in a future post.

🧚‍♀️✨ Sobriety Sisters Weekly Photo Challenge! ✨🧚‍♀️

This week, we want to meet your furry friends! 🐾

Whether it’s your dog, cat, bunny, horse, guinea pig, or even a squirrel you spotted on your morning walk, we want to see them! And don’t worry—it doesn’t even have to be your pet. If you happen to catch a cute critter in the wild, snap a picture and share it with us. 😆

Recovery is about more than staying sober—it’s about finding joy in the little things, connecting with each other, and having some fun along the way. We love getting a glimpse into your world, and who doesn’t smile when they see an adorable animal?!

📸 How to participate:
🐶 Take a photo of your furry friend (or a furry friend you meet along the way!)
📷 Post it in the comments below
❤️ Like and encourage others by showing their photos some love

Let’s fill this thread with wagging tails, whiskers, floppy ears, and all the cuteness we can handle!

Ready… set… SNAP! 📸🐾

✨ RECOVER OUT LOUD ✨

We are creating a powerful “Recover Out Loud” banner featuring women in recovery from all over the country — and we want YOU on it. 💜

For a $20 donation, you can reserve your spot on our official Recover Out Loud Banner that will:

✨ Be featured on the Sobriety Sisters support page with over 65,000 women
✨ Be displayed at our 2026 Sobriety Sisters Retreat
✨ Help show the world what recovery really looks like
✨ Inspire women who are still struggling to believe sobriety is possible

All proceeds from this fundraiser will help provide retreat activities, meals, and support for the women attending our 2026 retreat.

📸 To participate:
✔️ Send a picture of yourself
✔️ Include your recovery date if you’d like it added
✔️ Donate $20 through the QR code or Zeffy link on this flyer
✔️ Send your photo to Wendy Anderson (tagged below)

⚠️ Spots must be submitted by JULY 15TH!

Whether you have 24 hours sober or 24 years sober, YOUR recovery matters. Your face could be the reason another woman chooses not to give up today.

Recovery is beautiful. Recovery is possible. Recovery deserves to be seen.

🫶🏼 This weekend, as we celebrate motherhood, womanhood, healing, and all the roles we carry… don’t forget to speak to yourself with the same kindness you offer everyone else.

Your inner voice matters.
The way you talk to yourself matters. 📢

Rest without guilt.
Set boundaries without apology.
Celebrate progress without minimizing it.

💛 And whether Mother’s Day brings joy, grief, gratitude, longing, or complicated feelings — you are still worthy of gentleness and care.

A softer voice can change a hard day.
Especially the one inside your own head. 💜
