This summer, we’re inviting high school students to step into something MORE. ✨

The Empower Leadership Program is designed for students in 9th–12th grade who are ready to grow in their faith, build real leadership skills, and make an impact in their community alongside their peers.

Each Thursday, students will be challenged, encouraged, and given opportunities to lead, serve, and step outside their comfort zones—all while building friendships that last beyond the summer. ☀️

If you’re ready to grow, lead, and be part of something meaningful, applications are officially open, and can be picked up at Cornerstone Youth Center. Don’t wait—this is one summer experience that you don’t want to miss.

✨ M.A.Y. — Make Art Yours 🖼️

This month in Creative Arts Club, we’ve been turning everyday moments and materials into something pretty beautiful.

From junk journaling and painting flowerpots to building fairy gardens and creating with Legos, each project is a chance for our youth to express themselves, try something new, and let their creativity come to life.

What we love most is that no two creations ever look the same — every piece reflects the imagination, personality, and creativity of the student who made it. Sometimes art is messy, unexpected, whimsical, or completely outside the box… and that’s what makes it beautiful. 💛

“Pretty Beautiful” by Danny Gokey felt like the perfect soundtrack for this month as we celebrate the beauty found in creativity, community, and the unique ways each student brings their ideas to life.

Did you know that Cornerstone Youth Center has an Indoor Skatepark? There’s just something about the sound of boards rolling, music playing, friends hanging out, and the excitement of landing something new makes it one of our favorite places to be.

Our indoor Skatepark is packed with ramps, space to ride, and a community that loves to welcome new faces. Whether you skate all the time, haven’t been on a board in awhile, or just want a fun place to spend time, come check it out. And if you’re newer to skating or looking to improve, we’ve got leaders around who are always willing to encourage, teach, and help you grow along the way. There’s always something happening and always room for one more. 🔥🛹

No Telling: Why Cornerstone Youth Center Matters More Than Ever

What would life look like for the youth of Elizabethtown if Cornerstone Youth Center didn’t exist?

There’s no telling.

No telling how many students would go without a safe place to belong.

No telling how many would miss out on life-giving relationships, mentorship, and discipleship.

No telling the impact of moments that shape identity, faith, and future.
This video, created for our recent fundraising banquet and filmed by Phil Spreadbury of Illuminate Media, offers a glimpse into what God is doing through Cornerstone—and why it matters.

Every day, students walk through our doors looking for connection, purpose, and hope. Through consistent presence, intentional relationships, and Christ-centered discipleship, we’re committed to showing up for them—right where they are.

But this work doesn’t happen on its own.

Our wishlist is filled with items that help make Cornerstone feel like a second home for the teens who walk through our doors each week — things like games, activity supplies, hygiene items, and everyday essentials that get used constantly throughout our programs and events.

Every item donated helps us create a welcoming space where students can hang out, build friendships, grow in their faith, and know they’re cared for. Even small purchases make a real difference in the day-to-day ministry happening here.

As we reflect on this year’s banquet, we are filled with deep gratitude for the incredible sponsors who made it all possible. Because of your generosity and support, the evening was not only a success-but a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together around a shared mission.

Your investment goes far beyond a single event. You are helping to create a lasting impact in the lives of students and families, both within our ministry and throughout the community.
