Congratulations, Empower Leadership Graduates of 2026! 🎉
What an incredible six weeks it was!
The Empower Youth Leadership Initiative was created with one purpose: to equip young people to become godly leaders in their schools, families, churches, and communities. Throughout the summer, our students intentionally invested in their growth by building lives of character and integrity, developing healthy relationships, learning conflict resolution, practicing financial responsibility, and serving others through community engagement.
Through workshops, mentorship, team challenges, obstacle courses, escape rooms, budgeting exercises, mock trials, archery, and more, these students didn’t just learn about leadership—they lived it. Along the way, they encouraged one another, celebrated each other’s successes, overcame challenges together, and grew into a team.
We’re especially excited to celebrate that 100% of the students who committed to the program graduated!🙌🏽
Each day, our students recited a leadership pledge—a commitment to live with integrity, respect, purity, discipline, and a servant’s heart. Those weren’t just words to memorize; they were values to embrace. Our prayer is that these young leaders will continue to carry those values with them wherever God leads them.
“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” — 1 Timothy 4:12 (ESV)
This verse captures the heart of Empower. Leadership isn’t about waiting until you’re older—it’s about choosing today to follow Christ and to be an example to those around you.
Congratulations, graduates! We are incredibly proud of each of you and can’t wait to see how God continues to work in and through your lives.
