The purpose of the Dixie Firefighters Association is to promote the principals and practices of improved emergency response, fire prevention and fire fighting methods. To promote and foster friendly relations with each emergency response organization and each of the communities represented members. To provide assistance and guidance to communities in case of emergencies and natural disasters, and

provide mutual aid to other organizations in case the condition exists. To sponsor and promote general meetings of it's members, to conduct educational programs, or fire schools on emergency response methods and related subjects. To promote a professional attitude at all times while representing the emergency services, the Association and the Department/Organization
