Had a little fun today with some lower body movements! Anyone with youth in the area that are looking to get stronger and or faster or just become active check us out! I myself am a veteran and many of the youth I train parents are veterans or are still actively serving! WE ARE ALL FAMILY 💪🏾💪🏾
