🚨 MEETING TONIGHT & LOCATION CHANGE 🚨
Elizabethton Shrine Club
WHEN: TODAY at 5:30 PM
WHERE: Puerto Nuevo
Important: Bylaw amendments will be finalized tonight!

Attention Nobles! 🐪

The Elizabethton Shrine Club is meeting TODAY at 5:30 PM. Please note that we will be gathering at Puerto Nuevo for tonight's meeting. If you plan to attend, please "Like" this post or drop a quick comment below so we can give the restaurant an accurate headcount for seating.

As part of our business tonight, we will be finalizing the proposed amendment to Article III, Section 1 of our Club Bylaws. For your review ahead of the vote, this change removes the fixed regular meeting location and replaces it with the following text:

"Upon his election and installation, the President of the Elizabethton Shrine Club shall have the authority to establish the date, time, and location of all regular Club meetings for his respective term in office. This determination by the President shall supersede any previously established default meeting schedules or locations."

We will also be discussing and coordinating schedules for our upcoming parking operations at the Erwin Apple Festival on October 2nd and 3rd. Please come ready to sign up for a shift so we can ensure everything runs smoothly.

We look forward to seeing everyone at Puerto Nuevo at 5:30 PM!

Fraternally,

Steven Wilson
Secretary, Elizabethton Shrine Club

📰 THE PAPER CRUSADE IS ON IN ELIZABETHTON! 📰

The Elizabethton Shrine Club is out at the intersections today for the annual Children's Paper Crusade! Our dedicated volunteers are out in full force, waving our papers, wearing our fezzes, and collecting donations—all to support the incredible life-changing care provided by Shriners Children's!

If you see us out on the roads (right by Food City on Broad Street!), please slow down, give us a wave, and consider dropping some change or a bill into our buckets. Every single dollar raised goes directly to helping kids get the specialized medical care they need.

Can’t make it out past us on the street today? You can still support our mission! Talk to any Shriner or reach out to the club to find out how you can contribute to our fundraising efforts this week.

Thank you, Elizabethton, for your incredible generosity year after year! Let’s make this Paper Crusade the most successful one yet for the kids! 🦁❤️📜
