Hit rewind. Turn up the synth. Christmas is getting totally tubular.

Elizabethton Community Theatre is excited to announce auditions for VHS Christmas Carol- a hilarious, high-energy, 80s-inspired musical retelling of the classic Charles Dickens story from Starkid Productions!

Think 80s music, big personalities, Christmas chaos, ridiculous fun, and a whole lot of heart.

If you've ever wanted to combine your love of musical theatre with the glorious decade of the 1980s, this is your chance!

📖 Cold Readings
You will be given material from the show to read during auditions.

🎶 SINGING
Come prepared to sing one verse and chorus of an 80s song of your choice.

Auditioning for a specific character?
If you have a particular role in mind, sing the song of the character you're auditioning for instead.

💃 DANCE AUDITION
There will be a dance portion of the audition! Wear comfortable clothes and danceable shoes that allow you to move.
