August 29, 2026: Our final tournament as the Betsy Bombers was one of our best. 2-1 on the day is fine, even in a heartbreaker at the end, but we competed in every inning. Committed to the end.
3 years of competing. 8 volunteer coaches. 54 different athletes who competed as Bombers in one season of 8U, three seasons of 10U (2 teams), one season of 12U, and one season of 14U.
Ironically, we finished this chapter as the Bombers at Ridgeview, the same fields where our journey started Sept. 16, 2023.
Not everything was perfect, but we gave it everything we had.
There’s a new chapter starting next weekend. We will never forget and always honor this chapter and the athletes and families who made it possible.
