We are five weeks away from the 1913 Invitational and your organization still has time to be a sponsor for this event. We have a full field of talented high school golfers from across Tennessee who will be at the Johnson City Country Club. This is the fifth edition of the event that has already produced SEC caliber golfers as well as other college signees and TSSAA State Champions. Happy Valley High School Golf tryouts will be Thursday June 11 at 4:30 pm, Wednesday June 17 at 4 pm & Thursday June 18 at 4:30 pm hosted at Elizabethton Golf Course. Just picked up another sponsorship for the 1913 Invitational! You or your business still have time to be apart of this high school golfers from across event to start the season. Schools from across the state and region are part of one of the best fields in the state. The event is Monday, July 20, at the Johnson City Country Club.

As Women’s Golf Day is here, let’s celebrate our current girls in the Happy Valley Golf program. Each add to our program legacy and are great student-athletes.

The Happy Valley High School golfers performed well in the classroom in the Spring 2026 semester.

The retuning players posted an overall grade point average of 3.76 for the semester. The final nine weeks GPA was at 3.8 with the year-long GPA at 3.67.

Jackson Hollifield and Jaxson Laws had all As for the year. Jacob Swink completed his freshman year with all As for the last nine weeks and a semester GPA at 3.8. Maddox Beach finished the spring and the final nine weeks with matching 3.8 gpa and a year-long gpa of 3.6. Jeremiah Casey matched his final nine weeks and semester GPA at 3.2.

The Happy Valley Middle School golfers had to balance their time as student-athletes this semester.

The dozen golfers posted an overall grade point average of 3.2 for the final nine weeks. The girls quartet had a collective 3.35 with the boys at 3.13. The semester GPA was a 3.27 as a group with the ladies at 3.4 and the guys at 3.2.

Keaton Orndorff, Weston Chambers and Brailey Ingram had perfect 4.0 averages for the year-long grade. Cooper Chambers and Addie Chambers posted solid GPA with a mix of all As or Bs on their report cards throughout the year.

Isabella Lopez and Gavyn Lewis finished with a year-long GPA of 3.4 and 3.2, respectively, with Jaden Chamberlain at 3.0. Caden Chamberlain finished strong with a 3.0 average for the second semester.

Wyatt Brooks, Elizabeth Lopez and Ethan Olson also helped to make a strong effort by the squad in the classroom. This semester was more challenging with golf happening and the group did their part in the classroom and on the course.
