We will be doing the concessions for this event again this year and we’re looking for some volunteers to come work some shifts. The event is this Saturday and Sunday, and we are serving breakfast and lunch. If you would like to help out please comment or message.

So, rumor has it we have a storm coming in tomorrow...and with most weather this time of year it could be 'a doozy', as they are predicting, or it could be a 'dusting'. It could be 4 inches of snow in Denver and rain in Elizabeth.

That being said, a decision will be made around 3:00pm tomorrow about the Meet & Great with the Foundation that was scheduled for Tues evening. If we can hold the meeting in Elizabeth as planned that will be great. We would love to meet everyone in person, but may need to do something different.

If the weather does not cooperate, we may schedule a TEAMs meeting instead. It won’t as much fun as getting together, but we’re hoping everyone can join and we can still get to meet everyone and you can meet the board.

For those that have already RSVP’d, we’ve got your email to send link to. If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, please do so at [email protected] so we can get you the link if we have to switch to TEAMs.

This informal gathering is a great opportunity to:

✅Discover upcoming fundraisers and community events
✅Understand what it means to be a Foundation member
