NJPC NJ Youth Justice Initiative-A Family & Youth-Driven Grassroots Program If you have a youth who is involved in the juvenile justice or adult criminal system, please contact us at [email protected] or 908-997-7471.

NJ's only family & youth-driven Youth Justice initiative which seeks to reform the juvenile justice system by ending the waiver of New Jersey youth to the adult prison system by ensuring leadership opportunities for youth and their families. The New Jersey Parents Caucus is collaborating with youth, parents, caregivers and family members, as well as organizations throughout the state to end the pr

actices of juvenile waiver, solitary confinement, juvenile transfer and racial & ethnic disparities. A Family-Driven Justice Program, NJYJI provides support and services to parents and caregivers raising children and youth in the juvenile justice and adult criminal system through legislative advocacy, training, support groups and educational services so they can better understand their rights and responsibilities.
