Nominations are now open for the 2026-27 Board of Drirectors elections for the Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo Association.

2026-27 ELIZABETH STAMPEDE BOARD ELECTIONS
When: Thursday August 27, 2026 at 6:30pm

Where: American Legion Hall

Voting Participants: All current and active committee chairs, coordinators, board members and board candidates

Who is eligible to run for the Board:

*Current and past board members in good standing with the rodeo
*Current and past committee chairs in good standing with the rodeo
*Current and past coordinators in good standing with the rodeo (Revised Bylaws now allow coordinators to vote and run for the Board.)

Update. HAT HAS BEEN FOUND! Owner is thrilled.

All- we are on the search for this special hat that was last seen at the out gate on Saturday night after barrels. It belongs to a competitor and has deep meaning for her. If you happen to find it we would be really grateful to be able to return it to its owner. (Her name is stamped inside).

From the 2026 Board of Directors, we extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing volunteers for this year’s rodeo and concert. A new arena record and a tie for another weren’t the only notable achievements.

You put on four amazing ProRodeo performances averaging more than 2,500 spectators each, concert for 3,000 people, safely moved in a whole operation in a week and cleaned it up in two days, and provided a glimpse of the western way of life to people who were celebrating their first rodeo, and honored people in each of the perfs, reunited with old friends and made new ones. It was a spectacular success. Made possible by 300 volunteers.

Thank you. Our tractor is lined up and getting ready for 2027.

The 2026 Clean Up Crew knocked it out of the park tonight after the last performance of the Stampede Rodeo!

A heartfelt “thank you” to everyone who stayed and cleaned up (we know a few folks are missing from the photo). The planning for 2027 now begins!
