Pines and Plains Libraries Foundation Our purpose is to promote and advocate for the use and enjoyment of libraries in Elbert County. We raise funds for capital improvements to libraries.

We are officially the Elbert County Libraries Foundation, and our dba is P&PL Foundation.

Thank you all for attending our first Elizabeth Brewfest! We had 15 amazing breweries and wineries!
