The Industry-Business Institute (IBI) recently partnered with NATC Donuts to deliver supervisory training for their team. Employees explored their leadership styles, built strategies for transitioning into supervisory roles, and gained tools to effectively manage organizational change. Another great example of empowering employees through high-impact, real-world training.

The Center for Economic and Workforce Development (CEWD), sponsored by the Displaced Homemaker Grant, proudly hosted a workshop “Mastering Your Finances Through Smart Account Opening” at the UCNJ Elizabeth Campus. A special thank you to Union County Savings Bank VP Branch Managers Emilio Espin and Jerry Jerez for delivering an informative and interactive financial education session to over 70 of our ESL and GED students. During this presentation, students learned practical money management skills, including managing bank accounts, tracking income and expenses, protecting financial information, and applying budgeting strategies to their daily lives. The workshop strengthened their financial knowledge and confidence and helped them feel better prepared to make informed financial decisions in the future. .
