🎨✨ Family Fun Tuesday was full of color, creativity, and imagination!

Our families came together for a fun watercolor painting class, where everyone had the freedom to create an illustration inspired by something meaningful to them. From colorful scenes to imaginative designs, each painting was completely unique and that’s what made the afternoon so special! 🖌️💦

It was wonderful to see everyone unleash their creativity, experiment with watercolor, and simply enjoy making art together. ❤️

Thank you to all of our families who joined us for another fun-filled Family Fun Tuesday! We can’t wait to see what we create next! 🌈

🎬 Movies are better with YOU! 🍿💙

That's why we transformed our Robbins Room into a movie theater this summer—because some of the best memories are made when we laugh, imagine, and spend time together.

This week's Family Fun Day took us on an out-of-this-world adventure with The Super Mario Galaxy Movie! 🌟✨ From smiles and laughter to snacks and shared moments, it was another afternoon filled with connection and joy for our women and children.

Thank you to everyone who helps make Family Fun Day possible. Together, we're creating a place where families can relax, have fun, and make memories that last long after the credits roll. 💙

A new school year brings excitement, new opportunities, and fresh beginnings—but for many families, the cost of school supplies can be a challenge.

This year, Josephine’s Place has a goal of supporting 100 children through our Annual Back-to-School Drive, and we need our community’s help to make it happen! 💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our 3rd Annual Family Fun BBQ such a wonderful success! ☀️🌭💙

To our incredible women and families: thank you for spending the day with us and bringing so much joy, laughter, and community spirit.

To our amazing volunteers, Groundwork Elizabeth, CALTA 21, Friends from Home, Music for All Seasons, and our JP Staff: thank you for sharing your time, talents, and generosity. Your support helped create a day full of smiles and lasting memories.

From fun activity stations, face painting, crafts, guided bird and nature walk, relay race, delicious hot dogs and burgers, to ending the day with a special sweet treat generously provided by Councilwoman Patricia Perkins-Auguste, every moment was made possible because of this incredible community coming together.

We are truly grateful for everyone who helped make this event such a success. Your kindness, enthusiasm, and support remind us that community is at the heart of everything we do.

Congratulations to our Spring 2026 Envisioning Entrepreneurs Cohort! 🎉

Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible women who graduated from the Community Business Academy in partnership with Rising Tide Capital.

Over the past several months, these entrepreneurs have dedicated themselves to growing their businesses, strengthening their skills, and turning their dreams into action. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, perseverance, and determination each woman has shown throughout this journey.

We were honored to celebrate alongside Union County Commissioner Lourdes Leon, Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, Councilman Manny Grova, and Trinidad De La Rosa, whose presence made the occasion even more meaningful.
