COVID-19 update from Mayor Bollwage.
Just as a reminder, summons for street cleaning will not be issued until further notice, however, we WILL continue to clean the streets. If you can move your car, please do, so we can effectively clean your street.
City Hall is operating under normal business hours with minimal staff, so it is recommended that you contact the department you need ahead of time to see if your business can be done online or by mail.
As of today, Elizabeth has 19 new cases, bringing our total to 64.
Please remember to follow social distancing.
I know warmer days are among us and while I encourage you to get outside for fresh air, you must remain at 6-foot distance between other residents. There should be no congregating in parks or residences.
You are NOT immune to this virus and numbers are continuing to rise. So, if we want to combat this quicker, please adhere to all rules and regulations put into place. This is for the safety and health of all.
