Senator Katie Muth's data center moratorium bill has been released! By hitting pause, it gives people a fighting chance and stops the state from letting corporations decide the future of our communities and our Commonwealth behind closed doors.

🟣 The 3 year moratorium would apply to the DEVELOPMENT OR PERMITTING of any new construction or expansion of a hyperscale data center as well as related infrastructure such as new power generating facilities and utility transmission infrastructure.

Communities across Pennsylvania are already doing the work to protect their water, their land, and their right to decide what happens in their own towns. It's high time our state legislators stood up.

✅ Contact your State Senator and urge them to support SB1359. Find yours here: https://www.palegis.us/find-my-legislator

How many people do they need to hire to replace Joelle Elm Whiteman?? This will be the fourth position. I wonder how the commissioners do their own bills……..

Let’s all quit our jobs and hire a nanny, a chef, and a driver all with the same household budget. That makes sense, right?
