The Pawnee Hills HOA board has decided to change/upgrade our HOA management company. Some of you received welcome emails or letters today. We apologize for any confusion as Novelle announced the change before we did. The emails/letters you receive are the real thing and you can feel free to log into the Novelle provided website and update your information. PLEASE NOTICE- you are responsible for cancelling any ACH with ACCU setup at your financial institution so that you are not charged your June dues twice. Please send any questions you have to [email protected]. Thanks for your patience during this transition.

The survey we sent to the community in 2025 revealed several misunderstandings about issues that affect each of us. In an effort to help our community members be fully educated about those issues, we are starting a series to offer insights that you may be unaware of or misunderstand.
Here is the first in this series-

🐴 Who Maintains the Bridle Paths?
Did you know the bridle paths running through Pawnee Hills are actually part of each homeowner’s property?
This was designated when the community was created, and at time of purchase, every homeowner granted easements:
• 15 feet along back/side property lines for utility and bridle path access
• 10 feet along road‑facing edges for safe pedestrian and horseback travel
These easements remain your property, and each homeowner is responsible for keeping them clear and passable. That means trimming bushes or trees and ensuring no fences, gates, or barriers block the path.
The bridle paths are for horses, walkers, and dog walkers—but no motorized vehicles.
