We are so excited to end the year with a bang! ๐Ÿš€โœจ

We are thrilled to announce that weโ€™ve teamed up with City of Bastrop Parks & Recreation and the Family Crisis Centerโ€™s C.A.P.E. Team to bring "Discovery Days: Time Machine" to life later this month. Itโ€™s going to be an amazing three days of exploring the past, present, and future with the youth in our community.

Cozy Hives, Safe Bees ๐Ÿก

We're taking extra steps to protect our incredible pollinators! We've modified the bee box entrance to a smaller opening, creating a safe fortress for the colony.

Less surface area means less exposure to cold drafts and a natural defense against unwanted visitors. It's all about minimizing stress and maximizing survival for the colony through the winter.

We're looking forward to seeing these healthy bees buzzing again soon!

We spent the afternoon with our buzzing friends to see how they're doing! ๐Ÿค  It was so rewarding checking in on our busy little team.

The Big Question: Do we have any honey to harvest yet? ๐Ÿค” The suspense is real! (Watch the video to find out!)

A Little Help: We also made sure to give them some much-needed drinks to keep them happy and hydrated! A little sugar water goes a long way for a hard-working bee. ๐Ÿ’ง
