UPDATE: ORIGINAL: The Illinois Senate debated the to***co 21 bill Thursday. The bill wouldraise the age to buy to***co to 21 in Illinois. The bill has already been passed by the House. If the Senate approves the bill, it will then go to the governor's desk.
